Cyberlogic Brand System

Role

Brand System Design

Year

2025-2026

Cyberlogic, a Hyperclear Technology company, is a South African Managed Service Provider with several business units, each with its own brand identity. The brand identities of the business units, NBConsult, CyberForensics, and DataGeek, needed to fit seamlessly within the Cyberlogic parent brand while remaining distinct from the other business units. Additionally, each business unit’s brand needed to tie back to the parent brand through a defined brand architecture.

Approach.

Working with the group marketing leadership, I created the brand architecture on which the design of the Brand System is based. Once this was agreed, I began work on brand templates for Cyberlogic and its three distinct business units. This involved updating the Cyberlogic brand guide and the PowerPoint templates I had created in 2024 to align with the revised brand architecture and positioning. Following that, several artefacts were created for each business unit: a bespoke PowerPoint template, LinkedIn page and profile headers, letterhead, an email signature, and Teams backgrounds. In addition to the brand templates, proposal and delivery templates were created for each business unit to support sales and delivery staff.

Execution.

  • Created the brand architecture in collaboration with group marketing leadership.
  • Updated the brand and business unit logos and complete visual identity system.
  • Developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Created reusable templates for presentations and marketing collateral
  • Created the internal communications artefacts used to share the brand updates internally.

Outcome.

  • Developed a brand architecture to guide future business unit design requirements.
  • Delivered a cohesive, modern brand across the parent brand and business unit brands aligned to business strategy.
  • Established a scalable design system used across multiple business units and products.
  • Improved clarity and usability of digital touchpoints, supporting stronger engagement with clients and prospects.
  • Developed reusable sales artefacts, including proposal templates, to enable sales staff.
